Inspired by the Forager's keen eye for what is often overlooked we challenge the notion the Douglas Fir and Pine Tree cannot be utilised beyond their structural form. Combining Douglas Fir tips, Pine needles and juvenile Pine cones we bring the essence of New Zealand forests to your living room. 

On the nose: Aromas of candied citrus peel and apple fruit leather entwine with the subtle essence of a Douglas Fir forest at dawn, just as the morning sun strikes the evergreen canopy.

On the tongue: A mere hint of fresh green pine unfolds into a rich wave of warming spices that evoke the indulgent flavours reminiscent of succulent, caramelised fruit cake.
